Twister and Business Process Management

Twister is aiming at providing a new generation, easily integrable, B2B oriented workflow solution in Java, based on the latest specification efforts in this field. The process engine is based on the BPEL business process specifications and Web Services standards.

Twister is still at its early stage, no downloads are available right now, but we plan to release a first distribution, even not functional, as soon as possible, to give an idea of what we're trying to achieve. Meanwhile we invite you to download the current sources from CVS or browse the CVS view here .

News

• Despite the lack of news, we're working more than ever to get a first implementation ready. We plan to release it by january or february 2004.
• The Twister first increment (v0.1) static part is finished, only dynamic part is still to implement before first release (2003-05-29).
• First posting of the Twister internet site, still a lot to do but we're trying to improve (2003-05-28).
• Twister Sourceforge.net project is born, thanks to the Sourceforge community for hosting us (2003-05-25).
